Sports Creek Weekend Soccer Leagues ($100 deposit)

League Fees:
- Early Registration $600 = register by 11:00 pm CST on August 23rd, 2018
- Normal Registration $800 = register by 11:00 pm CST on September 2nd, 2018
- Late Registration $850 = register by 11:00 pm CST on September 7th, 2018
$100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot on the schedule through this form
